Reservations: A 25% Deposit is required to book your reservation. Deposits are made(only) with either Visa/MC. The balance is due ninety days prior to arrival, and can also be paid with a credit card, or you can mail a check to:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before 3 months prior to arrival, full refund less $100.00 ;if house can be rented. 3 months or less, or if house is not rented, no refund.

Arrival Information!! We will pick up your party at Boat Harbour Marina. Please call us from Boat Harbour Marina (public phones) at:366-3121 or if for some reason the phones are out call "Sea level" on VHF Channel 16 from Boat Harbour and we will be waiting for you. As check in is 2pm we ask that you call after 1pm to arrange for pick up. There are no grocery or liquor stores on the island. All shopping needs to be done in either Hope Town or Marsh Harbour. We recommend picking up at least a few items in Marsh Harbour before calling for pick up. Groceries are best purchased at either "Family Market" ," Maxwells'" or "Price Right" all of these stores are open on Sunday.

Hotel Tax: We are a licensed Bahamian business and charge a 6% "Hotel Tax". Doing business with a licensed company assures you of quality accommodation, and the comfort of an established business when conducting an overseas transaction. We are inspected annually to insure a quality accommodation- one that is up to Bahamian standards.

Getting Here
Many airlines fly into Marsh Harbour.  American Eagle, Continental, and US Air are the major carriers. There are also a few smaller companies; we would not hesitate to fly these as it adds to the total experience of your Bahamian vacation below are a few such companies).
