The Green House

The Green House IS NOT AT SEA LEVEL COTTAGES but located up the island about one mile. This house is perfect for those looking to have total privacy. It is located on 2.5 acers of private property and it has it's own private dock. The house is on waterfront property, however, not on the water. It is set back into the tropical landscape that provides a very secluded tropical escape. The house has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed plus a pull out sofa on the front porch. It is a one bedroom house but can accommodate an adult couple with children.

Rates: $850.00 per week for a max of four people. ( two adults and up to two small children)  This house does not come with a boat.
