We often offer Special rates, these are listed in the table below, if listed, it takes the place of the base rate for that cottage.
* Rate applies to new ( made after July 4th) reservations between July 4th, 2009- Feb.21st, 2010- excludes holidays.

- All rates are weekly, based on a 7 night week. For longer stays ( over 7 nights) the weekly rate is prorated.
- Rentals are normally Sat-Sat for the Big House and Clearwater Cottage / Sun-Sun for the Dolphin House and the Garden Cottage. exceptions are made.
- We accept VISA, Master Card, and Discover.
- You will be faxed or E-mailed a reservation form containing all pertinent details. The reservation is not complete until we have received this form back signed. You will then receive a confirmation via E-mail to confirm your stay.
- A 25% Deposit is required to book your reservation. Deposits are made(only) with either Visa/MC/Discover. The balance is due ninety days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations before 3 months prior to arrival, full refund (less $100.00). 3 months or less, no refund unless your cottage is re-rented. If your time is rented a full refund (less $100.00) will be issued.
- Check-in is 2pm / Check-out is 10am - we are flexible if possible.
